Reyhaneh Store Privacy Policy

Reyhaneh Store (“we”) runs the Instagram account @store.reyhaneh. This policy explains what information our Instagram messaging tool uses and how we handle it.

Information we use

When you comment on one of our Instagram posts, we receive the following from Instagram:

• your Instagram username and user ID,
• the text and time of your comment,
• any messages you exchange with us in Instagram Direct.

How we use it

We use this information only to reply to you. For example, if you comment to ask for a product’s price, we send you the details in a private Instagram message. Replies may be sent automatically. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build profiles about you.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone. It is processed only through Instagram (Meta Platforms) and our own server.

Storage and retention

We keep only the minimum record needed to avoid messaging you twice: the comment ID and your username. We keep it only as long as it is needed, and we delete it when you ask us to.

Data deletion

To have your information deleted, send us a message with the words “delete my data”, either by Instagram Direct (@store.reyhaneh) or by email at info@reyhaneh-charity.ir. We will delete your information within 30 days and confirm this to you.
